This unique, artisanal scarf collection is made by a family of Indigenous artisans living in the volcanic mountains of Ecuador. Poko has worked with them since our very beginning, and we have had the privilege of watching their operation grow with ours each year. Pokoloko co-owner Case Bakker is the godfather to their youngest daughter, which is a great honor in their community. We are honored to be able to support them through a sustainable, fair trade relationship. The colors and patterns in these scarves is a result of self-directed generational knowledge that has been passed on by this artisan family and their surrounding community for decades.
